Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Genscart. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
Genscart offers a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

The product must be in original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

A wrong item
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:

Clear pictures of the product

Pictures of the packaging

Order number

Parcel opening video (mandatory for damage/missing claims)
After verification, we will offer:

Full refund
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

Items without original packaging

Customized or made-to-order products

Personal care products if opened

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Customers must ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in account restriction or blacklisting.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa only.
5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Genscart will bear the shipping charges.

If the return is due to change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

Genscart is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers must follow the return process after delivery.
8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be required to pay shipping charges for exchanges (unless item is defective).
9. Delivery Disclaimer
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Genscart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
10. Fraud Prevention
Genscart reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, or repeated misuse of return services.
11. Governing Law
This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the applicable Consumer Protection Laws of Pakistan.
